Terms of Service
By requesting a commission you agree to all of these terms
- The artist has the right to refuse or cancel a commission- The client may use the commission for personal use. (Profile pictures, banners, and displaying on their profile.) With credit to the artist.- The client may not profit off the piece. (Prints, Contests, NFTs, Products etc.)-The client may not use the piece to train any AI system- The client may promote themselves using the piece with proper credit to the artist.- The client may not alter the piece. (Editing, altering, AI tampering, tracing, etc.)- The artist retains all rights to the commission, this will mainly be used for the artist own promotion. (Posting on profile with credit to commissioner and portfolios)- There are no refunds, no matter what phase the commission is in. Only exception is if the artist cancels the commission.
Payment
All payments are done through PayPal
- Once the commission details are sorted and a price is agreed upon, I will send a PayPal invoice.- Half of the price will be paid upfront. After that I will begin and send rough sketch for approval or alteration. Once approved and the rest of payment is received I will finish the commission.- Three edits max, after it will cost extra.- Once completed, you will receive your piece through e-mail. Turn around in 2-3 weeks.- Once received I can only provide small changes to the piece such as fixing minor coloring or marking mistakes.- There are no refunds unless I cannot finish a commission. If I cannot complete your commission you will be 100% refunded. That is the only exception to this rule.
